That’s why we offer comprehensive technical assistance services to ensure that installations are at their maximum potential at all times.

Although these services are fully customisable, we can divide our technical assistance services into:

Assembly supervision:

The correct installation of supplied equipment is essential for their correct operation. Likewise, assistance during assembly by the plant’s own technicians and designers can optimise assembly, as well as avoid errors, time and ultimately money.

Depending on the complexity and/or experience of the customer and the team of assemblers, we provide both comprehensive supervision services (full time) and partial services marking assistance at different milestones.

Start-up and training assistance:

The start-up of an installation is a critical step. Our technicians, specialists in gas filtration and treatment systems, provide technical assistance to:

Confirm that the installation, once assembled, is technically ready to go into operation. As examples, it is common to find filters with poorly mounted dust collectors (dust emission), mechanical elements with opposite directions of rotation, metal debris that can block and break some mechanical part, etc.
Regulate the installation underway, confirming the installation’s work points and verifying that the equipment operates safely and efficiently.
We train the customer’s personnel who will operate and maintain the new installation. The training is both interactive in the field during the start-up phase and theoretical, where we focus on the basic theory of the installation’s operation and key aspects for correct predictive and preventive maintenance.

Quality supervision in the manufacture of Metallic Equipment:

In the case of projects in which part of the equipment designed by AIR JET is manufactured by the client in the destination country and a third party, our quality technicians must ensure that the manufacturing meets the minimum required requirements. Particularly, the selection of materials, dimensional precision, quality of welds, surface treatment, etc. are verified.
