What we do?

At AIR JET, we specialise in providing advanced knowledge and innovative solutions in filtration and gas treatment systems. Our mission is to significantly improve air quality in industrial production environments. We firmly believe that gas emissions in the atmosphere must be controlled in order to take care of our planet, but also that clean air in the production environment is essential for the health of workers and the correct functioning of equipment and machines.

We work hand in hand with our customers to understand their specific needs and offer tailor-made solutions that address the unique challenges of their facilities, be it dust emission control or pollutant gas emissions. We are committed to providing state-of-the-art solutions and equipment that meet and exceed expectations.

Our history

AIR JET is founded in Barcelona in 1985 by Mr. Juan Pujolá and Mr. Ramon Plana. Both Mr. Pujolá and Mr. Plana, co-founders of AIR JET, come from Syamco, where they developed industrial filtration solutions for more than 10 years.

In just a few years, AIR JET is a national leader in industrial filtration solutions. The highest selling product since its inception has been the dust collector with the Pulse Jet cleaning system, the same filtration technology still used today to ensure maximum filtration efficiency.

In 1988 AIR JET establishes its headquarters in Barcelona.

In 1990 AIR JET starts its international activity in South and Central American markets.

In 1996 AIR JET becomes managed and owned by its sole shareholder, Mr. Juan Pujolá.

In 1998 AIR JET establishes a subsidiary in Argentina under the name AIR JET Latinoamericana.

In 2005, activity in North Africa and the Middle East intensifies.

In 2016 AIR JET is co-directed by Xavier Español and Montserrat Crespo. The decision is taken to hand over to new generations for the continuity of the family business.

In 2018, AIR JET’s strategic direction is geared towards generational change and long-term vision. In order to adapt to the demands of the future and to build a solid foundation for new generations, a comprehensive review of our corporate identity is carried out. A new corporate image is created that reflects not only our heritage, but also our evolution and future aspirations.

In 2021 AIR JET is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

In 2021, a representation agreement is signed with the American multinational CECO.

CECO represents a strategic partner of AIR JET to expand and incorporate new gas treatment technologies in our portfolio and thus be able to support our customers with a wide range of gas treatment solutions.
